Your data, plainly.

Orders: your name, email, billing and shipping address, and what you bought — needed to print, ship, and support your order. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe; your card number never touches our servers.

Newsletter:your email address and the time you subscribed (your consent record), stored with our email provider. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also just reply “unsubscribe”.

Contact form: your name, email, and message — used only to reply to you.

We set one cookie: currency(CAD or USD, based on your region or your switcher choice). Your cart lives in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device until checkout. We currently run no advertising pixels. If we add privacy-respecting analytics to understand site performance, this page will be updated first.

Stripe (payments, PCI-DSS Level 1) · Resend (transactional and newsletter email) · Vercel (website hosting) · Canada Post / UPS (delivery — they receive your name and shipping address). Each processor only receives what it needs for its job.

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and warranty purposes. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept while the conversation is active.

Email hello@chromora.ca to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information — we respond within 30 days, usually much faster. We're an Ontario, Canada business and handle personal information in line with PIPEDA; for US customers we honour the same access and deletion rights regardless of state.
