Terms
Terms of service.
The legal terms for buying from Chromora — kept as short and human as we can make them.

Who we are
Chromora is an art-print studio in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Buying from chromora.ca forms a contract under the laws of Ontario and Canada.
Orders & made-to-order production
Every print is produced for you after you order. We confirm each order by email; that confirmation is our acceptance. In the unlikely event we can't fulfil an order (for example, a quality problem with a source image), we'll tell you promptly and refund you in full.
Prices, currency & taxes
Catalog prices are set in CAD. US shoppers are shown and charged in USD, converted at the current exchange rate at checkout. Canadian orders include sales tax as shown at checkout; US-bound orders are exports and carry no Canadian tax.
Promotions
Discount codes (like WELCOME10) apply per their stated terms, are intended for one use per customer, and can be modified or withdrawn at any time. The multi-print discount applies automatically to qualifying carts. Where a promo and an automatic discount both apply, both are honoured as displayed at checkout.
Artwork & intellectual property
The historical paintings we reproduce are in the public domain; no artist royalties apply, which is part of why museum-grade art can be affordable. Chromora Studio originals, our photography, site design, and text are © Chromora — please don't reuse them commercially without asking.
Returns & problems
Returns are governed by our 30-day returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits the warranties and remedies you're entitled to under Ontario consumer-protection law or equivalent local law.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're a small studio; we'll always try to fix a problem before pointing at this clause.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. Questions: hello@chromora.ca.
