30 days. No questions.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any print for a full refund of the purchase price — no questions, no restocking fee. We only ask that it comes back in the condition it arrived in.

1. Email hello@chromora.ca with your order number (it's in your confirmation email).

2. We reply within one business day with the return steps. For smaller formats we'll often just refund you and tell you to keep or gift the print — shipping a small canvas back across the country helps nobody.

3. Refunds go to your original payment method, in the currency you paid, within 5–10 business days of the return being accepted.

Send a photo within 30 days and we'll print and ship a free replacement— nothing to package up, nothing to send back. If you'd rather have a refund than a replacement, that's fine too.

Original shipping fees (when charged) are refunded for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, and for any return where we got something wrong. For change-of-mind returns the $7.95 outbound shipping (if your order was under the free threshold) isn't refunded.
