The story of Perseus and Andromeda

One of the poesie, Titian's mythological series based on Ovid, painted for Philip II of Spain, who received it at Ghent in September 1556. It left the Spanish royal collection before 1598, was in French collections by 1717, and was acquired by the Earl of Yarmouth in 1815 before entering the Wallace Collection.
